Package Booking Terms

All Packages offered by Dream Destinations are on a customized basis and subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

  • Dream Destinations provides both Domestic and International Packages as well as land-only packages as per customer requirements.
  • Flights are generally booked separately unless specifically mentioned as part of the package.
  • Package inclusions such as hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and meals will be provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
  • Any service not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be considered as an exclusion.
  • All bookings are subject to the individual terms and policies of hotels, transporters, and other third-party service providers.

Payment Policy

  • An initial advance payment is required to block the package and confirm services.
  • Balance payment must be cleared as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
  • Failure to make payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
  • Any increase in government taxes, fuel costs, hotel tariffs, or supplier rates after booking will be payable by the customer.
  • Service fees and convenience charges paid to Dream Destinations are strictly non-refundable.

Amendment Policy

  • Any change in travel dates, hotels, sightseeing, or itinerary after confirmation will be subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Amendment charges vary depending on hotel, transporter, and supplier policies.
  • Dream Destinations may charge a non-refundable amendment handling fee in addition to supplier charges.
  • Some discounted or promotional packages may not be eligible for amendments.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies for Packages vary from package to package and are dependent on supplier and hotel policies.

  • The exact cancellation policy applicable to a particular package will be informed to the customer at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Any cancellation will be governed by the terms of the respective hotels, transporters, and service providers involved in the package.
  • Service fees and convenience charges paid to Dream Destinations are strictly non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if eligible, will be processed only after receiving the refund from the respective hotel or service provider.
  • Refund processing timelines depend on third-party suppliers and may take 7–10 working days after receipt of refund by Dream Destinations.
  • No refund will be applicable for no-show, late arrival, early departure, or partially unused services.

Itinerary Changes

  • Dream Destinations reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any changes in sightseeing, transport, or hotels due to reasons beyond our control will not be considered as breach of contract.
  • Extra costs arising due to itinerary changes must be borne by the customer.

Hotel & Transport Responsibility

  • Hotel check-in/check-out timings, room allocation, and services are governed by the respective hotel policies.
  • Dream Destinations is not responsible for service quality, amenities, or operational issues at hotels or transport providers.
  • Any additional expenses such as room service, meals, parking, tips, or personal expenses must be paid directly by the guest.

Reference to Existing Policies

  • Hotel bookings included within any Package will be governed by the standard Hotel Terms & Conditions of Dream Destinations as displayed on the website.
  • Flight bookings, if included or arranged separately, will be governed by the Flight Terms & Conditions of Dream Destinations.
  • Visa services, if taken as part of the package, will be governed by the Visa Terms & Conditions of Dream Destinations.
  • In case of any conflict, the specific terms related to the respective service shall prevail.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All Packages, bookings, and services provided by Dream Destinations are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.

  • All transactions and communications are deemed to have taken place in Kolkata, India.
  • Any legal proceedings related to bookings or services shall be initiated only in Kolkata courts.

User Agreement

This website and booking platform is owned, operated, and maintained by Dream Destinations. By making any Package booking, inquiry, or payment through Dream Destinations, the customer agrees to be legally bound by all Terms & Conditions mentioned on this website.

Dream Destinations reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the applicable Terms & Conditions before making any booking or payment.

Acceptance of Terms: By making any payment, advance, confirmation, or booking request through WhatsApp, phone call, email, website inquiry, or any other online or offline communication mode with Dream Destinations, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Package Terms & Conditions displayed on the official website www.thedreamdestinations.in. Proceeding with any booking confirmation or payment shall be treated as full and final acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Service Responsibility: Dream Destinations acts solely as a booking facilitator between the customer and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transporters, and sightseeing operators. We shall not be responsible for any service deficiencies, delays, cancellations, or changes made directly by such suppliers.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing correct passenger details, travel dates, and documents at the time of booking. Any loss or inconvenience arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability: Dream Destinations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience arising from services provided by airlines, hotels, transporters, or other third-party suppliers.

Reference to Other Policies: All hotel, flight, and visa services booked as part of any Package will be governed by the respective Hotel Terms & Conditions, Flight Terms & Conditions, and Visa Terms & Conditions of Dream Destinations as displayed on the website.
